Damián's menu has different worlds, which are our way of making your skin crawl when you see, smell and taste the dishes. The starters, which is our way to start, from Siam prawns, through Tiraditos, to a Waygu Tataki to the “Silencio de Damián” a dish that for its ostentation should be eaten in the dark....

We also have a very well stocked Sushi Bar with shells, Nigiris, Makis and our always tempting Maremoto.

The Chinese world comes with a brutal selection of Dim Sum and Baos, for this we have designed a special trolley that will arrive at your table to be selected and served live.

Our bottoms, where abundance stands out, a grilled fish, brisket, Kintu ribs, the pork tonkatsu that is obscenely delicious, chops, various cuts of meat and side dishes that in itself is a sin ... from potatoes to a truffled mac & cheese with lobster (available only for those who find it on the menu).
